SilvesterArt ships with Sendle, Australias fully carbon neutral delivery service, within Australia and worldwide.
A tracking number will be issued with your invoice.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days, if you have entered the wrong address or wish to change your order please notify SilvesterArt within 48 hours of your order.
For International orders any additional Customs Tax, GST, VAT etc. must be paid by the customer.
All Products are packaged with recycled/reused packaging, Sendle mailers are compostable.
Postage is free on orders over $100 (AUD)
Return & Exchange
Received your product and...
- It's damaged -
Contact SilvesterArt within 5 days of delivery (please send photos) for the product to be re-sent or store credit issued.
- It's late/lost -
Check the tracking link sent with your invoice. If the parcel is stated as lost contact SilvesterArt for the product to be re-sent or store credit issued.
- I want to change it for a different product -
Contact SilvesterArt within 5 days of delivery for an exchange. Please note that the customer must pay for any additional postage costs.
- I've changed my mind -
Unfortunately, SilvesterArt doesn't give refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you are unhappy with your product please contact me and we will try to find a solution.
